Advoco offers Advoco NetPBX® - a comprehensive business telephony platform, providing a full range of applications reaching from
traditional PBX telephony features, including directory and attendant console, to new innovative features such as Presence & Absence Management (PAM) or advanced customer center functionality. All applications are integrated on the same SIP based platform, each
feature a matter of software configuration, enabling the delivery of the tailored service to each market segment.

The Advoco NetPBX application suite

Advoco NetPBX® provides a full set of telephony features addressing the needs of small, medium and large-sized businesses and
enterprises. The Advoco NetPBX® features are delivered through a converged access for both data and voice (broadband IP access)
reducing access costs and enabling service provider bundling. Compared to traditional Centrex services Advoco NetPBX® reduces the traditionally costly and time consuming processes of moves, adds and changes with easy to use web based administration support
for end user self-service.

Advoco NetPBX® provides a comprehensive set of communications features including call routing, directory, presence and absence management, voice messaging, and switchboard attendant. All features can be configured and managed through a user-friendly web
interface.

The customer is served with PBX features without the up-front costs and support overhead of a premise-based system.,And unlike
legacy PBXs, where features are limited to premises-based users, all Advoco NetPBX® features are supported wherever the user is.
This means that one single centrally managed dial plan can incorporate all users across multiple locations, including international
sites in one unified telephony solution.
