On the first page in the application, you see your current Presence status. With the Presence Information you can direct all of your incoming calls to e.g. a colleague or an attendant when you are busy. From the first page you can, with just one click, set a new pre-defined current Quick
Presence
. You can use this shortcut when you’re attending an unplanned meeting or when you simply forgot to set a new Presence status. If the meeting would turn out to be longer than expected you can easily extend you status by clicking the button "+30 min". In the field below your
Presence status, you can log in and out of answering groups and see which groups (such as Sales or Support group) you are logged into as

With Advoco Mi you get two phones in one; when you call from the application you always present your fixed line number, whereas when you call with the regular phone dialler you will present the mobile’s number.
Since Advoco Mi has a different interface than the one in your mobile phone it is easy to separate your private telephony from your business telephony; simply two phones in one. The application has its own calling history and its own internal contact book that contains all your colleagues in the switch. You can also easily use the mobile phone’s own contact book from the application.







With Advoco Mi it is easier than ever to transfer your call to a colleague. During all ongoing calls the button "direct transfer" is shown. Press it and you are taken to your contact book where you simply select a contact or type in the number you want to move the call to. This feature allows you to give the customer professional service, save time and provide better customer care.




Advoco MiWeb is a web portal, adapted for mobile phones, that allows even those in the company that do not have an Android or Windows Mobile phone to access the PBX on their cell phones. Instead of
installing a mobile application you simply access a web portal via the browser on your mobile. From there you will have access to the functionality of the switch.
