Advoco moves the switch into the mobile phone

Advoco Software today launched its first mobile application for Smartphones; Advoco Mi™. Advoco Mi™ is a mobile application developed and designed for Smartphones that gives the user access to the functions from the switch in the mobile phone. With
the application the user can call through the switch, set presence status, sign in and out of groups and transfer calls. Advoco
Mi™ is not tied to any specific mobile operator, but works with any 3G operator. The first version is now available for Android
and Windows Mobile.

Advoco Mi™ has a user-friendly interface developed for phones with touch-screen that gives the user access to the features of the
switch in the mobile phone; making it easier to manage telephony more professionally. When calling from the application the user always presents the fixed number to the recipient; a feature that many companies today are asking for. With the application, the user
can manage incoming calls by setting presence information when attending a meeting last minute with a single click from the first
page.

Form Advoco Mi™ the user can log in and out of groups (e.g., sales and customer service group) and see how many colleagues that
are logged in to each group. This gives everyone at the company the possibility to make sure that there is always some answering on
all the group numbers.

With the application, it is easier than ever to transfer calls. During a call, the button "Blind transfer" is shown, by clicking it the user is
taken to the contact book. Click on a contact or enter a phone number and the call is and moved.

Advoco Mi Web™ is launched at the same time as Advoco Mi™ and is an alternative for those users who have other phones than
Android or Windows Mobile. Instead of installing an application the user visits a web portal via the phone's browser.
