The formal management team of the company consists of:

Richard McHugh, CEO, responsible for Sales and Marketing.
Born 1957. Master of Science degree from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. Richard has a strong sales and marketing background, and has held numerous management positions in the IT and communications industries over the last 20 years, including Marketing Director for Digital Equipment Nordic, Marketing Director for Sun Microsystems Northern Europe, and World-wide Sales and Marketing Director for Ericsson Business Networks.

Thomas Olsson, Chief Technology Officer.
Born 1957. Master of Science degree from Lund's Institute of Technology, Sweden. Thomas has worked in the software and tele-communication industry since 1981. He has had several management and engineering positions, with emphasis on product management and development for software products. Prior to Advoco he headed business development and research work in the Internet and Intranet areas as a division manager and team leader at Telia's R&D organization, Telia Research AB. Previous employments include product and development manager at Telelogic and TeleSoft.

Stefan Hallgren, Chief Financial Officer.
Born 1959. Graduate Business Administrator from Stockholm University, Stockholm, Sweden. In his previous employment Stefan was a partner at Deloitte & Touche and worked as an authorized public accountant for 12 years. He has a strong background from business administration and economics in high-tech and start-up companies.
